SoulSensei (the “Platform”) is a digital platform for users to connect with and learn from leaders (the “Leaders”). The Platform is developed and operated by RNJP Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (referred to as “RNJP Technologies”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) having its registered office at Office 2, 22, Paradise Villa Comp., Bhulabhai Road, Cumballa Hill, Mumbai - 400026.
The Terms of Use will apply to all the users of the Platform, including but not limited to Leaders - who create and / or make available Courses, Content, Live Sessions and Individual Sessions of Learners with the Leaders (as defined under the 'Offering' section below) on the Platform and users who access the Platform to learn a subject or a skill (referred to as “Learners”) or users who access the Platform otherwise (collectively referred to as “you”, “your”, or “User(s)”). The Platform is intended for use exclusively by the Users located in India and accessing the Platform from India. These Terms of Use along with the Privacy Policy [available at https://soulsensei.in/privacy-policy], and any other terms and conditions, rules, policies or guidelines included in these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy by reference and/or as updated on the Platform or otherwise communicated to you from time to time (including terms and conditions of other third party platforms that may be used or accessed for gaining access to the Platform or using the Services on the Platform (collectively the "Platform Terms").

1. Intermediary

1.1. The Platform is an online service platform enabling Leaders to create and publish Content in various formats including without limitation audiovisuals, audio, pre-recorded audiovisuals, live audiovisuals and/or in written form in a diverse range of categories through various modes and means (“Content”) and publish and make available such Content to the Learners. RNJP Technologies acts as an intermediary between the Learners and the Leaders [in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules formulated thereunder, (as amended from time to time)] or other equivalent / similar legislations and makes available the Courses to the Learners, including Live and Individual Sessions (refer to the ‘Offerings’ below to know more).
1.2. You agree and acknowledge that RNJP Technologies has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the User-generated Content (as defined under the ‘Intellectual Property’ section below) and by using the Platform, you expressly relieve RNJP Technologies from any and all liability arising from the User-generated Content (as defined under the ‘Intellectual Property’ section below).
1.3. For the purpose of the Platform Terms, usage of the terms “Platform Services”/ “Services” shall mean and include all the services referred to herein and such other Content, Courses, Live Sessions, Individual Sessions or products or services as may be offered by RNJP Technologies.
1.4. You agree and acknowledge that RNJP Technologies shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any Service, Offerings, product, aspect, or feature of the Platform, including without limitation to, the User-generated Content (to the extent it is permitted to, or required, by virtue of being an ‘intermediary’), its availability and supported/compatible device required to access or use the Services. RNJP Technologies reserves the right to terminate your subscription and / or restrict your access to the Platform, if you choose not to provide / partially provide the requested information.

2. Offerings

2.1. As a Learner, to access the Platform and use certain Services you may be required to register and create an account on the Platform by providing the requested details. You can register on the Platform for free however, certain Services including but not limited to Courses, Live Sessions, Individual Sessions, etc. offered on the Platform are chargeable. The Platform provides the Learners with access to the Courses offered by the Leaders. The Platform also facilitates interactions between the Users and the Leaders.
2.2. You must have attained at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to register and use the Platform (“Age Qualification”). A Learner who does not fulfil the Age Qualification mentioned above (as may be revised as per applicable laws from time to time) and is desirous of registering on the Platform i.e., if a Learner is a “Minor”/ “Child”, then the Learner may use the Platform with the consent of, and under the supervision of, their parent or legal guardian(“Parent”). Accordingly, in such a case, the Parent must agree to the Platform Terms at the time of their registration on the Platform. Please note that minors/children are not by themselves eligible to register on the Platform. When a Minor/Child uses the Platform, RNJP Technologies assumes that the Parent of such Minor/Child has enabled the Minor/Child’s usage of the Platform by agreeing to the Platform Terms and that such usage is under the supervision of their Parent.
2.3. Once a Learner signs up for a Course, RNJP Technologies will, on behalf of the Leader, share Course content; information; notes; links to join/attend the Courses through third party applications like Zoom; links to join WhatsApp groups/communities, and/or to access and/or download third party applications necessary to access the Courses; and Course updates and reminders. The Learners can share comments, messages, and questions on the Platform for their Leaders and the Platform may share the Leader’s response through text message, WhatsApp, email or other communication applications with the Learners.
2.4. To access Course content, the User may be required to access third party applications like Zoom, Wise, and YouTube. The User must read, understand, accept and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of such third party applications, prior to accessing the third party applications.
2.5. If you are a Leader, your access and use of the Platform may additionally be subject to separate agreement(s) with RNJP Technologies and shall be collectively governed by the terms of such agreement, the Terms of Use, Platform Terms, and such other terms as may be communicated or agreed with the Leader from time to time.
2.6. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password to access the Platform. You acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to the Platform and to restrict access to your device to prevent any unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your username, password, or other Personal Information. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure at all times, and if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner, you agree to immediately change your password or inform us of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password, so that we are able to help you stop or prevent such unauthorized access. Please ensure that the details you provide us are correct and complete.
2.7. You represent that the information provided by you at the time of the registration are correct, true and accurate, and you agree to update the same as and when there is any change in the said information. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.
2.8. Please note that RNJP Technologies reserves the right to reject or put on-hold your registration on the Platform as may be required to comply with any legal and regulatory provisions, and also reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform, terminate accounts, remove content at any time without providing any notice to you, and/or reserve the right to disable any account, feature, or identifiers, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time if, in our opinion, the said identifiers or you have violated any provision of the Platform Terms.

3. Payments

3.1. To access a Course, Live Session or Individual Session the Learners must pay the applicable fees, which will be displayed at the time of signing up for such a Course, Live Session or Individual Session (the “Course Fee”). RNJP Technologies uses third-party payment gateways and/or aggregators to process Course Fee payments applicable to the Services offered by us. Third-party payment gateways/aggregators and third-party payment providers shall collectively be referred to as“Third-Party Service Provider”. The User will be redirected to the webpage of such Third-Party Service Provider for making the payment. Third-Party Service Providers may also charge you fees to use or access their services and may require your Personal Information to complete any transaction. You are advised to read the terms and conditions of such Third-Party Service Provider, prior to making any payment. RNJP Technologies will not collect any financial information of its Learners. If a payment process fails and the payment is not completed, the Platform may share a payment link with the concerned Learners on WhatsApp, which will also be facilitated through Third-Party Service Provider.
3.2. Once the payment of Course Fee is completed, you will not be able to cancel your registration for the Course. RNJP Technologies does not offer refunds or credit of the Course Fee for any reason whatsoever.
3.3. Purchase of Services will allow you access only to the Course for which you have paid the Course Fee. The Services offered, and the validity/term of your subscription (“Subscription Period”) may vary depending on the Course you purchase.

4. Covenants and Conduct

4.1. You covenant to be bound by the Platform Terms and undertake to read and accept notice of any amendments or modifications to the Platform Terms, that may be published from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform will be deemed to be an acceptance of the modified Platform Terms.
4.2. You covenant to comply with the Platform Terms (as it stands on the date hereof), and all applicable laws in connection with the use of the Platform and all guidelines which may be notified by the appropriate government, trade/self-regulatory bodies.
4.3. You covenant to not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
4.4. You covenant to not use any automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, decompile, monitor, or attempt to discover any source or object code of any part of the Platform, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform.
4.5. You covenant to not violate, circumvent or attempt to violate or circumvent any data security measures or authentication procedures employed by the Platform and/or RNJP Technologies or attempt to interfere with the Platform by any means including, without limitation hacking or doing any activity which results in the interruption in either the uptime of the Platform or the manner in which it is displayed.
4.6. You covenant to not interfere or disrupt the functioning of the Platform by any means including without limitation, transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a disruptive or destructive nature.
4.7. You covenant to conduct yourself with due regard to public conventions and morals. You undertake to not do or commit any act tending to degrade any person in society or bring any User and/or any person into public hatred, contempt, scorn or ridicule, or tending to shock, insult, or offend the community, or outrage public morals or decency, or tending to cause prejudice towards RNJP Technologies and/or the Platform.
4.8. You covenant to not collect or attempt to collect personal data or any other kind of information about other Users including without limitation, by employing scraping tools.
4.9. You covenant to not engage in any act that is likely to or tends to jeopardize, damage, limit or interfere with RNJP IP or any other rights of RNJP Technologies mentioned in these Platform Terms.
4.10. You covenant to not share, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, disseminate, or convey any content on the Platform that:
(i) belongs to a third party and to which the you do not have any right;
(ii) is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or promoting enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion or caste with the intent to incite violence;
(iii) is harmful to children;
(iv) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
(v) deceives or misleads any User about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any misinformation or information which is patently false and untrue or misleading in nature, or, in respect of any business of the Central Government, is identified as fake or false or misleading by such fact check unit of the Central Government as the Ministry may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, specify;
(vi) impersonates another person;
(vii) threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence, or prevents investigation of any offence, or is insulting other nation;
(viii) contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
(ix) is derogatory, libellous or defamatory to any individual, organization or any religion or belief system, hurts religious sentiments of any group or community, capable of stirring communal discontent/harmony, or violates or is contrary to public policy;
(x) violates any law or Platform Terms for the time being in force;
(xi) is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;
(xii) Contain any viruses, trojan horses, worms, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data or Personal Information.
4.11. RNJP Technologies does not endorse any User-generated Content submitted on the RNJP Platform by any User, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and RNJP Technologies expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User-generated Content. RNJP Technologies does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Platform, and RNJP Technologies will remove all User-generated Content if properly notified that such User-generated Content infringes on another’s intellectual property rights in line with its obligations as an ‘intermediary’. RNJP Technologies reserves the right to remove User- generated Content without prior notice if it has reason to believe that the User- generated Content is violative of these Platform Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. RNJP Technologies is the sole owner of the copyright and all the rights subsisting in the Platform, including but not limited to, all text, videos, graphics, user interfaces, images, photos, visual interfaces, sounds and music (if any), artwork, computer code (and any combinations thereof), algorithms, design, layout and non-literal visual and functional elements of the Platform and any work created by RNJP Technologies (“RNJP IP”). The title and ownership of RNJP IP will vest solely and exclusively with RNJP Technologies, perpetually and worldwide. No right, title or interest in RNJP IP or any part thereof will be deemed to be transferred to a User by the virtue of the User having access to RNJP IP.
5.2. The trademarks, logos, and service marks that may be displayed on the Platform (“Marks”) are the property of RNJP Technologies and/or its licensors, as the case may be. Any unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these Marks by a User is strictly prohibited and will be subject to appropriate legal proceedings. The Leaders have granted RNJP Technologies a non-exclusive licence to use their trademarks, logos, design, service marks, photographs, likeness, silhouettes, and images that the Leader may share with RNJP Technologies in connection with the Courses.
5.3. Subject to the Platform Terms, RNJP Technologies hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial and private use on an ‘as is’ basis in accordance with these Platform Terms.
5.4. RNJP Technologies shall remain the sole owner of any Content uploaded, published, submitted or posted on the Platform, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, including without limitation, the Content published as a Leader and/or any text, image, media, written statements or other content posted or published by a User anywhere on the Platform including without limitations in the comments section (“User-generated Content”) and RNJP Technologies does not claim any ownership over any User-generated Content uploaded/published by any User on the Platform.
5.5. By submitting the User-generated Content on the Platform, you hereby grant RNJP Technologies a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, share, display, publish, retain, make available online and/or electronically transmit such User-generated Content as well as technical information collected via the Platform to the extent necessary (i) to provide the Platform and our Services; (ii) to perform our obligations under the Platform Terms and other written agreement with the User; (iii) to provide, monitor, correct, and improve the Platform and Services related thereto; (iv) for the Platform and RNJP Technologies (and its successors’, subsidiaries and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Platform in any media formats and through any media channels; (v) to de-identify User data such that there is no reasonable basis to believe that the information can be used, alone, or in combination with other reasonably available information, to identify any individual or to identify User as the source of such data; (vi) to aggregate User data with other data; and (vii) to comply with applicable laws. However, please note that we will never disclose aggregated or de-identified information in a manner that could identify you as an individual, and all your information shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.6. You also hereby grant each User of the Platform a limited, non-exclusive license to access your User-generated Content through the Platform.

6. Reservation of Rights

6.1. Except for the rights expressly granted to the Users under the Platform Terms, RNJP Technologies reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and RNJP IP. No title to the intellectual property in the Platform is transferred to the Users and the Users will not acquire any rights in and to RNJP IP, whether by implication, operation of law, or otherwise.
6.2. RNJP Technologies reserves the right to update, upgrade, modify, alter, and/or discontinue any Course and/or the Platform, at its sole discretion. RNJP Technologies will notify the Users if it updates, upgrades, modifies, alters, and/or discontinues the Platform.
6.3. RNJP Technologies reserves the right to put on-hold or reject or suspend or terminate your registration on the Platform for the purpose of complying with the legal and regulatory requirements.
6.4. RNJP Technologies reserves the right to remove you and/or the User-generated Content without notice if you violate any provisions of the Platform Terms.
6.5. RNJP Technologies may modify, terminate, or refuse to provide Services at any time for any reason, without notice.
6.6. Notwithstanding anything contrary stated in the Platform Terms, in its sole discretion, RNJP Technologies may remove anyone from the Platform at any time for any reason.
6.7. RNJP Technologies reserves the right to access your account and/or the User-generated Content in order to respond to requests for technical support, to maintain the safety and security of the Platform, legal purposes and for other legitimate business purposes, as necessary, in RNJP Technologies discretion.
6.8. RNJP Technologies has no obligation to monitor any content that appears on the Platform or review any conduct occurring through the Platform, including any interactions between Users, however, if RNJP Technologies receives notice or becomes aware of, any violation of the Platform Terms, then, RNJP Technologies reserves the right to refuse your access to the Platform, terminate accounts or remove such violating content at any time without notice to you.

7. Processing of Personal Information

7.1. All our collection, processing, sharing and storing of any Personal Information collected from you shall be in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Kindly read the same to understand the security measured undertaken by RNJP Technologies to safeguard your Personal Information.

8. Disclaimers

8.1. YOU AGREE THAT THE PLATFORM, CONTENT, AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RNJP TECHNOLOGIES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM AND YOUR USE THEREOF. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RNJP TECHNOLOGIES EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, TERMS OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, AVAILABILITY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE PLATFORM, USER-GENERATED CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM, OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES SO LINKED AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE PLATFORM, (IV) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY USER- GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT THAT IS POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE PLATFORM AS RNJP TECHNOLOGIES IS STRICTLY AN INTERMEDIARY AS UNDER THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000. RNJP TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY USER- GENERATED CONTENT OR THE PLATFORM ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR ANY HYPERLINKED SERVICES OR FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND RNJP TECHNOLOGIES WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR SERVICES. AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE.

9. Indemnity and Release

9.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify RNJP Technologies, its affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (“Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, demands, claims, costs (including court costs and legal fees), as a result of: (i) your use of and access to the Platform; (ii) your violation of any term of the Platform Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; (iv) any claim that your User-generated Content caused damage to a third party; or (v) violation of any applicable laws; or (vi) Your gross negligence and/or misconduct.
9.2. You hereby expressly release the Indemnified Parties from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions/inactions of any third-party vendors or service providers and specifically waive any claims or demands that you may have in this behalf against any of the Indemnified Parties under any statute, contract or otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR EXPENSES OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT AVAILABLE AT RNJP TECHNOLOGIES, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR PLATFORMS, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE PLATFORM, (IV) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR PLATFORMS BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT RNJP TECHNOLOGIES IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10.2. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RNJP TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER- GENERATED CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.
10.3. THE PLATFORM IS CONTROLLED AND OFFERED BY RNJP TECHNOLOGIES. RNJP TECHNOLOGIES MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS THAT THE PLATFORM IS APPROPRIATE OR AVAILABLE FOR USE IN OTHER LOCATIONS. THOSE WHO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM FROM OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO SO AT THEIR OWN VOLITION AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAW.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. The Terms will be governed by the laws of India and courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1. Modification, Amendment or Termination: RNJP Technologies may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise the Platform Terms and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Your continued use of the Platform post any modification of the Platform Terms shall be taken as your consent and acceptance to such modifications. Nothing herein shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. You are advised to check our Platform frequently to see recent changes and to keep yourself updated with the most recent updates.
12.2. Force Majeure: RNJP Technologies shall not be liable for failure to perform, or the delay in performance of, any of its obligations if, and to the extent that, such failure or delay is caused by events substantially beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of the public enemy or governmental body in its sovereign or contractual capacity, war, terrorism, floods, fire, strikes, lock downs, pandemics, epidemics, civil unrest or riots, power outage, and/or unusually severe weather.
12.3. Miscellaneous: If any part of the Agreement is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part of the Agreement will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Any notice required to be given in connection with the Platform shall be in writing and sent to the registered office of RNJP Technologies or by email to support@soulsensei.in. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Platform, and operation of the Platform may be interfered by numerous factors outside our control. Headings are for reference purpose only an in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Any failure by RNJP Technologies to act with respect to any breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

13. Grievance Redressal

13.1. The User may address grievances and/or complaints to support@soulsensei.in. RNJP Technologies is available to address grievances between 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from Monday through Friday except public holidays. RNJP Technologies will endeavour to respond to the User’s grievances within a period of 24 hours from the receipt of the email and resolve the User’s grievances within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the email. In accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and rules made there under, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided below:
